The character on the left is Rimone (In the subs I watched it was always spelled Remone) and the character on the left I don't recognise but her name is Kadomi. They're from Simoun. Looks like it's an age swap, making Rimone the adult and Kadomi the child as there's an adult character with that colour hair and eyes in the show.
